Kate Stephenson
Director
Kate is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry in both Central London and Kent, across a multitude of sectors.
She has successfully delivered large scale projects and built her career on her ability to deliver consistently for clients and customers. Kate has extensive knowledge of the Development and Project process, and as a ‘hands-on’ manager she fosters a collaborative working environment to deliver successful and complex projects.
Ben Stephenson
Director
With over a decade of experience in the eCommerce and Supply Chain sectors, Ben is a seasoned leader who thrives on delivering results and driving growth. He has a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, managing complex operations, heading new business development, and developing effective strategies.
Ben’s extensive experience has been acquired from working at top tier institutions such as Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Amazon, and more recently at one of the UK’s leading retailer of Trade Tools & Hardware, FFX.
